 Pasadena, California, March, 2, 2021 These days, employee wellness is more important than ever. Lea Baltzinger, iHerb’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources, spoke with Fortune about the steps the company has taken to improve employee safety and benefits, during and beyond the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

From an increased investment in precautionary policies, such as supplying personal protective equipment (PPE) and implementing strict cleaning procedures and temperature checks at fulfillment centers to the decision to pay 100% of employees’ monthly medical contributions until the end of 2021, iHerb is ensuring workers have the resources and support they need to navigate a new, stressful reality.
